We do not have a physical store or showroom for our products. Our exclusive sales channel is through the Cheetah Hydraulics website, where we offer a range of hydraulic, double-acting, small bore cylinders. 

Each product has important information listed, as well as downloadable CAD files for your convenience and visualization.

To ensure quality and performance, all our cylinders undergo a thorough 100% pressure testing process prior to shipping them.

All our cylinders come with a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of shipment.

Are there any assembly guides provided with the cylinders?

While all of our hydraulic cylinders are thoroughly tested and assembled for immediate use, specific assembly instructions may depend on the machine you are integrating them into. Detailed guidelines can typically be found in the manual for the particular machine.

What is the processing time for orders?

We have 2500+ hydraulic cylinders in stock, ready to ship. Our standard processing time is within one business day, but it may vary based on the current demand.

How can I pay for my order?

Orders totaling less than 150 lbs. can be purchased directly from the website via credit card. However, for larger orders, we will email you an invoice that can be paid via credit card or ACH.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Yes, tracking will be provided the following day of the shipment via email.

How can I confirm that you received my order?

After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox that will contain your order number and items. After our warehouse team has processed your order, we'll let you know via another email that the order is on the way to you.

How to check out as a Guest?

Add the desired hydraulic cylinders to your cart. Navigate to the shopping cart icon located in the right-hand corner of the page. Ensure your cart has all the items you wish to order.

After confirming your selection, agree to the Terms & Conditions. At this point, there are two options. 'Request a Quote' allows you to connect with our customer support team for personalized assistance. 'Proceed to Checkout' is great if you're ready to complete your purchase.

Next, fill in the necessary information required for the delivery of your products. Review your order details one last time and complete the checkout process by following the prompts.

Is it safe to place my order?

We use encryption systems to safeguard potentially sensitive information like your name, address, and other critical details such as credit/debit card information.

Why was my credit card declined?

The most common reason for the decline of your card is a typo in either the card number or billing address.

Shipping

Do you provide international shipping?

We do provide it for shipments under 150 lbs. 

What are the shipping costs for my order?

This total will be in the shipping and handling line of your order.

Will I have to pay for customs on my order?

Import taxes or customs charges may be applied to the international shipments based on the laws and policies of your home country and are in no way connected to the Cheetah Hydraulics. We suggest reaching out and confirming with your local customs office that there won't be any unexpected charges for you.

Returns

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you need to return cylinders, you must contact us at info@cheetahhydraulics.com to obtain a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

For order modifications, we have a limited time frame, so please send your desired changes as soon as possible to info@cheetahhydraulics.com.

What is your return policy?

All of our sales are final five days after cylinders have been delivered, outside any manufacturing defects.

What information do I need to provide for a return or exchange?

Please provide an order number, cylinder part number, and a return authorization number, which you can obtain by contacting us at info@cheetahhydraulics.com.

How much does it cost to return an item?

All cylinder returns are the seller’s cost. However, original shipping and handling will not be refunded.
